2008 In March, IBEX was awarded a contract to provide infrastructure, project management, and system support for the GSA Acquisition Career Management Information System known as ACMIS. ACMIS is a government-wide system meant to help agencies make informed budgeting, staffing, and training decisions. Click here to read more. 2008 USAID's Leland Initiative awarded IBEX a contract to provide e-learning solutions to 6 different universities in 5 African countries (Kenya, Mozambique, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria). Specifically, IBEX installed Sun Systems networks in the universities, provided training and support to staff, and provided the capability to develop e-learning applications based on an open-source application development system designed by The University of Western Cape in South Africa. As Senior Vice President of US Government Solutions. Leo Childs served nearly 33 years in the United States Army. He was the 23rd chief of signal for the Army and last served as the J6 in charge of Command, Control and Communications for the US Pacific Command, retiring as a Major General. 09/30/2004 Washington, DC-The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awarded a contract to International Business Express for the GSA 8(a) STARS GWAC for Information Technology Services.
